Gabriel Gaytan

A native of El Paso, his work is featured in several public and private collections. He has created a unique piece for the University of Texas at Austin for their McDonald Observatory's celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. He draws inspiration from his Chicano ancestry through their sounds and colors to paint striking images. One of the main themes in his work is the use of cultural symbols.
